ABOUT RACHEL’S RX

WHY WE EXIST

We believe that the medical model should be governed by vitality, not disease, and that the future of
medicine is prevention.

HOW WE DO IT

We hold preventative healthcare to the same standards as critical care medicine. We provide upper
echelon concierge care that’s proactive, not reactive, for the top performers in each respective industry.
We do this by optimizing the most important decisions of each day…what you put in your body.

WHAT WE DO

We prescribe tailored nutrition plans to address and treat all underlying problems. We prevent, even
reverse, health complications and disease — we don’t prescribe pills to mask symptoms.
Our purpose is to make you more successful, respected, and confident in both your professional and
personal life. We optimize the internal, so you can optimize the external.

IN GOOD HEALTH

RACHEL SWANSON MS, RD, LDN
REGISTERED DIETITIAN NUTRITIONIST
FOUNDER: DIET DOCTORS, LLC

ABOUT

ABOUT THE FOUNDER

Rachel’s background speaks for itself when it comes to pushing
boundaries and challenging what society has accepted as the status quo
within her field of expertise.

After all, it’s a rare occurrence for a woman to be selected (twice, on the East and West Coast) as an NFL cheerleader, NFL bikini calendar
Covergirl and hold gold pom-poms one day… and show up in a white
coat completing morning rounds in the Intensive Care Units the very
next day.

During her tenure as a professional cheerleader, she simultaneously led
research efforts in sports performance recovery for Harvard
Orthopedics, diet and oncology research for a Harvard physician-led
foundation, and produced nutrition education and meal plans for
professional NFL players.

The caliber at which she performed in all endeavors gave her reason to
pursue one of the most coveted, renown, and highly competitive dual
Dietetic Internship and Masters of Science degrees in the nation; at
NYU, where she was accepted as one of the twelve candidates per
application cycle. This allowed her to complete clinical rotations at Mt.
Sinai Hospital in Manhattan, New York, and pursue credentials as a
Registered Dietitian.

Rachel continues to operate on entirely separate vertices from her
colleagues— such as being the first student in her department at NYU to establish a medical nutrition community rotation in Cape Town, South Africa, to address chronic health conditions.

Or to pitch her own internship position within the medical unit at The Dr. Oz Show, with the sole purpose of improving the caliber of nutrition information being broadcasted to 3.4 million viewers.

Rachel is currently the Nutrition Director at LifeSpan Medicine, a comprehensive concierge medical practice and is a sought after speaker for both academia and community events alike.

Rachel is based out of Los Angeles but works with clients nationwide as well as internationally. She welcomes any opportunity to help others achieve their health goals to
unlock their best life possible.
