ABOUT RACHEL’S RX

WHY WE EXIST

We believe that the medical model should be governed by vitality, not disease, and that the future of
medicine is prevention.

HOW WE DO IT

We hold preventative healthcare to the same standards as critical care medicine. We provide upper
echelon concierge care that’s proactive, not reactive, for the top performers in each respective industry.
We do this by optimizing the most important decisions of each day…what you put in your body.

WHAT WE DO

We prescribe tailored nutrition plans to address and treat all underlying problems. We prevent, even
reverse, health complications and disease — we don’t prescribe pills to mask symptoms.
Our purpose is to make you more successful, respected, and confident in both your professional and
personal life. We optimize the internal, so you can optimize the external.

IN GOOD HEALTH

ABOUT

ABOUT THE FOUNDER

Rachel Swanson, MS, RD, LDN, is a Registered Dietitian and one of our nation’s most prominent nutritionists to celebrities and C-suite executives. She is renowned for her expertise in helping her clients achieve peak performance as the Nutrition Director for LifeSpan Medicine, a concierge medical practice, and in her own private practice, Diet Doctors, LLC.

Prior to starting her company, she was selected twice for professional NFL cheerleading teams — Patriots and Chargers — and simultaneously led research efforts in sports performance recovery for Harvard Orthopedics, diet and oncology research for a Harvard physician-led foundation, and produced nutrition education and meal plans for professional NFL players.

She created a medical community rotation for NYU students in Cape Town to assist those with HIV Aids, diabetes and malnutrition, and continues to be a sought after speaker for both academia and community events alike.

In her spare time, Rachel is an active angel investor, focusing on women's health tech and biowearables that revolutionize healthcare through personalized, data-driven insights.

Rachel is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, holds a Masters of Science Degree in Clinical Nutrition from NYU, and completed clinical rotations at Mt. Sinai Hospital in Manhattan.
